I have stumbled across a couple more brush/tool sets for photoshop.
http://the-missing-ink.org <- this is an killer set of tool presets, brushes, textures and palettes for creating water colour effects.
http://nkurence.com/blog/2009/06/nks2-natural-media-tool-palette-for-photoshop-cs4/ <- this one is a set of tools for simulating natural media.
Both look very cool, and I will be experimenting with them on upcoming work.
